Vintage Felix Spoon

Very vintage spoon with Felix the cat on the handle.
I don’t know if it is silver or not; the back of the spoon is
marked EPNS. The entire spoon measures 4-3/4 inches. On the top
is Felix the Cat, the way he looked in the 1920’s. The figure
appears to be enamel over copper. He is missing a little enamel
on the body and maybe on one leg; some of this may be dirt but
I am not inclined to try and clean such an old piece. If you
are looking for the very old pieces they are hard to find.
