Vintage Felix Bottle for Perfume or Bath Sales

Very old glass figural of Felix the Cat, probably from the late 1920’s or early 1930’s. The bottom screws off, and there is a tiny hole, so this was most likely a perfume bottle. There’s a little bit of black paint on the eyes and nose and red for the mouth.
This MAY have been originally painted but if so the paint always peeled off because they are always clear whenever I have seen them. 5-1/2 inches tall including the base.
